FREE U.S. Navy Concert Band Performance

The U.S. Navy Concert Band will perform at River Hill High School on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. As the premier wind ensemble of America’s Navy, the Concert Band has a rich history serving the Navy and the nation for over 85 years.

Today’s Concert Band performs an eclectic mix of wind ensemble repertoire, symphonic transcriptions, military band music, patriotic favorites and special arrangements and original compositions written especially for the band.

This concert will feature outstanding student musicians from River Hill High School. They will join the Navy Band in the performance of John Philip Sousa's Washington Post March.

Cost: Free and open to the public. No tickets are required.
