Taekwondo Workout (All Levels)

At Hwarang Martial Arts, Monday is our taekwondo endurance and conditioning day and we're always looking for more people to, not just lose weight, but to become stronger, more focused, and excited to take steps closer to their potentials.


Martial Arts is a great way for adults to stay active, be part of a team, lose weight, and relieve stress.  Incorporating the whole body and also the mind, Taekwondo is a fun and challenging art and sport.
