In this workshop you will learn more than 15 yoga stretches for increasing flexibility and relieving tension and pain from your neck and shoulders. You will receive Thai-Yoga Bodywork-based assists to help you let go and better understand your body. You will discover how effective breathing can help release stress and tension. You will understand the causes of neck and shoulder pain and what you can do to feel better every day! This workshop will be a combination of lecture, demonstration, and practice with personal assistance.
