Join the Howard County Chamber of Commerce as we welcome Economist Anirban Basu to lead a discussion of the economic factors that will affect businesses in the coming year.  Mr. Basu will make his predictions for 2013, and offer insight on the results of the Chamber’s annual survey of local businesses.
