Getting Fit for Autism, a ‘Fun’draiser Challenge

Come join two Howard County personal trainers who will sponsor the fourth annual Getting Fit for Autism Workout Challenge, benefiting the Howard County Autism Society.  The event is sponsored by Salvere Health & Fitness and consists of a workout circuit held at their Kings Contrivance wellness studio.  The cost to participate is a donation of $15 or more, with 100% of collected monies going directly to the charity.

Participants will be led through a “fun, challenging fitness circuit” of exercises where they will compete for the fastest time and most completed circuits.  Prizes will be awarded.  All fitness levels are welcome as personal trainers Lisa Martin and Efrain Larenas will be on hand to modify exercises and to challenge people at every fitness level.  Water and homemade healthy snacks will be available.
