Eat Local - Farm to Table Events

Come out to Robinson Nature Center and savor the flavors of the fall harvest! Learn from Bruce Reamer, owner of Salernos restaurant in Eldersburg, MD, in a demo-style class how they integrate produce from local farms into their meals and how you can do the same. Learn about what produce is in season and then enjoy a meal from Salernos featuring local, seasonal ingredients. Choose a light lunch ($12 - 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm) or dinner with appetizer ($15 - 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm). Take hom a new, healthy recipe for your holiday entertaining. Registration deadline is October 17. No walk-ins. Recommended age is 16 yrs +.
