Maryland 60 hour Pre-Licensing course for salespersons

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage School of Real Estate prepares each student not only to pass the real estate salesperson examination but also start a successful career in real estate. This course has been approved to meet the 60 hour minimum requirements of the Maryland Real Estate Commission.  The course material includes: Modern Real Estate Practice textbook, Maryland Real Estate Practice & Law textbook, mid-term exam, final exam, and many handouts which have been designed to prepare you for the state examination.  

Students who  attend our course will receive our school’s exclusive bonuses, like our FREE national exam prep class and state law review that provides you with test taking techniques and a solid foundation to pass the real estate exam the first time.  Our students also receive access to online study support material that is filled with flash reviews and practice exams.  Tuition includes all books and materials.
