Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, yet only one in five American women believe that heart disease is their greatest health threat. With the right information, education and lifestyle choices, heart disease in women can be treated, prevented and even ended.
Join us in a heart-pumping workout. Learn how to recognize heart disease and how you can prevent it.

Change of Heart – presented by Self Magazine benefitting the American Heart Association’s ‘Go Red for Women’ campaign and Columbia Lady Group Fitness is a fun fitness event that combines a heart pumping workout with important heart health information.  We’re getting the word out that heart disease in women is often silent and misunderstood yet it’s their #1 killer.  The good news is statistics show that heart disease is 80% preventable!

10:00-10:30 "Importance of a Healthy Life" Presentation
10:30-12:00pm 60 minute Zumba class (various instructors)
12:00pm-12:30pm Yoga
