Complete your African-American History celebrations by taking a journey through time with musician, vocalist and long time Columbia resident John Milton Wesley. Through a remarkable collection of artwork, photographs, and live music Mr. Wesley shares “Salvos: Coincidental Encounters,” a rendition of his personal encounters with influential people in history.  From Rouse to Rockefeller, Mr. Wesley has been in the presence of local and world renowned people who have left their mark in time.

He shares: “Salvos: Coincidental Encounters” is the outgrowth of the spiritual, environmental, and geographical influences on my life, music, and writing. The images are “coincidental encounters” from my birth in the delta of Mississippi to my arrival in Maryland in 1973, through the tragedy of “9/11.”
