Tuesday Night: A chance of showers before 11 p.m. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 34. West wind between 10 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent. You can help choose the 24 finalists when the national voting period begins Dec. 30.

Finalists will each receive $500 to help them with their holiday electricity bills. The grand prize winner's school district will win $100,000.
