Am I the only one annoyed by these frat boys behavior? There's a difference between showing support and relief that finding Bin Laden is over. It's another thing to celebrate so ridiculously. It's not the kind of behavior or representation of Americans we want blasted all over the news in other countries.

I think it's a difficult thing to balance. On the one hand, the celebration was akin to a big sports victory - perhaps in this case on the Olympic level because of the National pride being shown. It's not really a proper way to mark such a big moment, but what is? I think the celebrations were well-intentioned and sincere and people just mark and experience occasions in the way they know how.
For my part, I wasn't on assignment and was pretty much just joyriding taking these pictures. That's the way I know how to mark and experience occasions so I am just as guilty as anyone else.

Well said, Robert! I completely agree.
