HoCo Restaurant Week(s) to Start Monday

The promotion features local food and products at 23 restaurants.

Restaurants across Howard County will start offering set menu options at budget prices next week, with a special feature on locally-grown products, including cut flowers, seafood, herbs, meats, eggs and game – and will often be paired with Maryland wine or local beers.

The promotion, which had its first year in 2008, is part of the Howard County Tourism and Promotion’s "Farm-2-Table Summer Restaurant Weeks," which start Monday July 25, and run until Aug. 8.

There are 23 restaurants participating this year, with prix fixe ranging from $10.11 to $40.11 for eateries like AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar. Second Chance Saloon, Iron Bridge Wine Company, Union Jack’s and Victoria’s Gastro Pub are also taking reservations for the event.
