 Events Not To Miss

 - There will be National Night Out events across Columbia and Howard County Tuesday night, where residents can have some fun, mingle with police officers, and promote the cause of being involved to keep neighborhoods safe. on the event and its history, along with a list of events in Columbia.

- It’s the today (Tuesday), and the mall is holding the following events:

Gift promotion: From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., you’ll receive a $10 Shop Etc. Mall Gift Card with any purchase of $140 or more.

Vintage Fashion Show: From 1 to 2 p.m., there will be a “40 years of Fashion” show celebrating styles from previous decades as well as current styles.

Birthday Party on the Plaza: From 2:30 to 5 p.m., there will be a family friendly party with live entertainment, cake and more.

Dine for Charity: Some restaurants will donate a portion of their sales to benefit a local charity.

Columbia Association President Phil Nelson , saying it was difficult to make the proposals “sexy.” “Of course, this isn't over,” Husain writes. “There is lots of opportunity yet to seize (still a few phases to go); I'm still holding my breath.”
