According to the Howard County Police department’s Facebook page: “James Zammillo has been selected for the Maryland Chiefs of Police Association’s Exceptional Police Performance Award for 2010. He will be honored at MCPA’s annual conference in Ocean City in September. Zammillo was selected by HCPD as Police Officer of the Year for 2010, as well. “
