The Weather:

"Mostly sunny, with a high near 54. Calm wind becoming southeast between 6 and 9 mph. Monday Night: A chance of rain, mainly after 8 p.m. Cloudy, with a low around 40. Halloween Contest:

Today is the big day and you have until 9 p.m. to enter pictures of your adorable kids in their Halloween costumes in Patch's Halloween costume contest.

Heidi Klum has teamed up with Patch. The super model will pick the ultimate winner — a grand prize winner and nine runners-up will be selected from local and regional winners across the country.

Top winners will be able to designate a charity to receive $1,031, so get those pictures rolling in!
