1. Actors in Movie Blamed for Middle East Protests Said They Didn't Know it was About Islam - A group of over 80 actors and crew who worked on the 'Muhammed' movie being blamed for Middle East protests, which caused the death of the American ambassador to Libya, said on Wedensday they had no idea the movie was about Islam, according to Gawker.com. Gawker's Adrian Chen wrote, "The actors who appeared in it had no idea they were starring in anti-Islam propaganda which depicts Muhammed as a child molester and thug. They were deceived by the film's director, believing they were appearing in a film about the life of a generic Egyptian 2,000 years ago."

2. The Most Endangered Animal in the World - Yesterday, Time Science wrote about 5 of the most endangered animals in the world, declaring that the Red River Giant Softshell Turtle may just be the most endangered, with only four known living today. Found in Vietnam and China, the turtles can grow up to 300 pounds and 40 inches in length, according to Time. More information about a Chinese zoo's attempts to breed two of the last four known turtles can be found in this turtle conservation blog by the Turtle Survival Alliance.
