Choose Civility symposium, "Building a Responsible, Bully-Free Community, 6:30 to 9:15 p.m. at the Howard Community College Smith Theater. Free and open to the public. Two panels, one comprised of middle school students and the other of local and national experts, will discuss the phenomenon of bullying and how taking a more civil approach to living with each other can help eradicate abusive behaviors.
