Next Week, Columbia Association is Offering Several Fitness Classes for Free

A total of 30 fitness classes will be offered for free to Columbia Association (CA) members and non-members during CA's Open House Week.

 

A total of 30 fitness classes will be offered for free to Columbia Association (CA) members and non-members next week during CA’s Open House Week.

The free classes will run from Sunday, Jan. 6, through Sunday, Jan. 13. The classes, which typically require fees, include Hip-Hop Line Dancing, Piloxing® and Express Piloxing®, SharQui® Bellydance, willPower & grace®, Zumba® Circuit and several types of Pilates (Mat, Mat/Tower, MVe® Chair and Reformer).

Space is limited. Pre-registration for all classes is required and can be done online for all classes except Pilates at ColumbiaAssociation.org/login. Registration for Pilates and all of the classes also can be done by stopping at the front desk or calling any of the three fitness facilities: Columbia Athletic Club (410-730-6744), Columbia Gym (410-531-0800) and Supreme Sports Club (410-381-5355). Those attending a free class will receive a $10 coupon towards any six-week group fitness fee-based class if purchased on the day of the free class.
