Columbia Association Pathways, Supreme Sports Club, Columbia Swim Center reopening on Wednesday

A significant majority of the pathways have been cleared of large debris, and power has been restored to facilities that had been without electricity.

  • Columbia Association's 93.5 mile pathway system has been reopened, except for limited sections that have been closed off temporarily. Cleanup efforts are continuing. Crews as of Tuesday evening had already cleared a significant majority of the pathways of large debris. In places where large debris remains, CA has either made those areas passable or has cordoned them off until they can be made safe for pedestrians.  Crews are also in the process of blowing leaves and small twigs from the pathways. To report a downed tree on CA's open space, call 410-312-6330 or email open.space@columbiaassociation.org.
  • Supreme Sports Club will reopen at 5 a.m. on Wednesday with limited operations. Portions of the club, including the pool, will remain closed until the facility's HVAC system is fully operational.
  • Columbia Swim Center will reopen at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The temperature of the main pool might be a couple degrees below its normal of 84.
  • Classes will be held as scheduled at Columbia Athletic Club, Columbia Gym and the Swim Center. Classes will be held after 7:30 a.m. at Supreme Sports Club.
