NAI KLNB Brokers Sale of 8 Acres of Land in Jessup

Concrete General is relocating from Montgomery County to be closer to the I-95 corridor.

JESSUP, MD (March 7, 2014) – NAI KLNB has brokered the sale of a eight acre plot of land at 7551 Old Jessup Road, in Jessup, Maryland to TRI M Properties, LLC for $2 million.  David Fritz, CCIM, SIOR and Bill Martien of NAI KLNB represented the seller, Cinder & Concrete Block Corp., while Patraic Weymouth of Waverly R/E Group, LLC represented the buyer.

TRI M Properties, which operates as Concrete General, plans to utilize the property to relocate their operations from Montgomery County to Anne Arundel County to be centrally located to their job sites along the I-95 corridor.  Concrete General is a road construction contractor that will primarily use the property to store their trucks and heavy equipment.

“Since this land is strategically located within close proximity of several major highways, it will enable Concrete General to transport their machinery throughout the region in a more cost-efficient manner,” said Bill Martien of NAI KLNB.  “The Anne Arundel County location also places Concrete General in a location that enables the company to better service the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia marketplaces.”
