Caregiver's Support Group

Caregiver’s Support Group at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Highland, MD -- Meeting every 2nd and 4th Sunday at 11 am Are you juggling doctors’ appointments, Medicare claims, and/or grocery shopping for an ill loved one or aging parents? Are you a full-or part-time care provider for an elderly or disabled friend or relative? Whether your loved ones live with you, in their own home, or out-of-state -- care-giving can be stressful! Mt. Zion’s Caregiver’s Support Group is aimed at providing support and encouragement for those facing the challenges of care giving. Join us this fall, as we explore and discuss the book "The Caregivers' Guide to Self-Care: Help for Your Caring Journey". Our next meeting will be Sunday, October 13th at 11 am in Conference Room 2.
