Adelberg, Rudow Managing Member Oren Saltzman Joins Equal Justice Council Board

Oren D. Saltzman, managing member of Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC (ARD&H), has been appointed to the board of trustees of the Equal Justice Council (EJC).

Named the “2012 Maryland Attorney Advocate of the Year” by the Baltimore district of the Small Business Administration, Saltzman concentrates his practice in the areas of business, commercial and corporate law, taxation, mergers & acquisitions, banking, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy and guardianship.

Working from both ARD&H’s Howard County and Baltimore offices, the 29-year industry veteran frequently presents seminars on business formation choices and the federal and state tax consequences thereof. A member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars, he also is admitted before The Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Saltzman earned a bachelor's degree from Loyola College (now Loyola University of Maryland), followed by a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Having chaired both Learning Inc. and the Howard County Division of the American Heart Association, he currently serves on the board of directors of the Colleen and Erin Marlatt Scholarship Fund.
