The question of whether young athletes should specialize in particular sports at an early age has been asked for years. Evidence now supports programming activities that develop overall capacities rather than specialized functions while the athlete is growing. All sports require a high degree of skill for superior performance.
On Saturday, January 18, 2014, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Exclusive Results presents A.P.T.’s first clinic, SPEED and AGILITY. At the clinic’s completion, each trainee should have at least a 15% performance improvement in all measurable areas of speed and agility. A.P.T.’s first clinic will take place at PowerUp Sports & Training facility (PST). With 24,000 square feet of space, PST, located in Laurel, MD, is committed to providing a foundation for success in sports, health and life.
