Doppelbock Beer Release Party @ Rams Head Tavern

"Dopplebock is back. It's Santa's gift to those who drink. This dark bodied lager is like heaven in a glass. You should 'Dopple till your Topple' with us!" says Rams Head Shore House Manager, Julia Barton.

Rams Head will have limited edition glasses for the beer release. The special glass for Doppelbock will be available for $4 at 4pm on release day. Patrons who purchase the glass also receive a fill-up of the Doppelbock and $2.50 refills during the 4-6pm release party. The restaurants will be filled with holiday decorations, holiday music, and will be an official drop off location for Toys for Tots.

According to Walter Trifari, Head Brewmaster at Fordham Brewing Company, "Doppelbock is a full-bodied lager with an exceptionally smooth, dark taste. Doppelbock has a bold character that is sure to brighten your holiday spirits. This beer also pairs well with rich roasted foods such as duck, cured meats or pork shanks".
