Celebrate Purple Friday in Columbia Today
The Baltimore Ravens Purple Friday Caravan will stop at a Columbia Giant grocery store at 1:30 p.m. today.
The Baltimore Ravens Purple Friday Caravan will visit Columbia this afternoon when it stops at the Giant grocery store at 8805 Centre Park Drive at 1:30 p.m., according to a team press release.
To help pump up the team for this weekend's American Football Conference championship game against the New England Patriots, the Purple Friday Caravan is visiting various locations throughout the region.
Ravens Playmakers, cheerleaders, front office staff members, team mascots, Baltimore's Marching Ravens band and 98Rock radio station staff members will make seven Purple Friday caravan stops today.

Each visit will feature giveaways, special discounts and offers and a free raffle for autographed items or canvas photographs of Ravens players, according to the statement.
The Columbia rally will be one of three where fans will have the chance to win a trip for two to Sunday's AFC championship game.
