Police said the cause of the accident is under investigation.

Buell said the truck was carrying a full load, but because it was food products, hazmat was not required for the cleanup. He said the process of removing the truck's cargo and getting it upright may take a few hours.

"For everyone involved," said Buell, "They want to do this as quickly as possible."

Editor's Note: Originally HCDFRS reported three people being transported as a result of the accident, but later corrected it to two - the driver and a passenger. Also, the time of the accident was updated based on further information.
