Alicia Graf Mack trained at the Ballet Royale Institute of Maryland under the direction of Donna Pidel. She has been a principal dancer with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Dance Theatre of Harlem and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. She is also a guest writer for several nationally distributed dance publications. She has guest performed with Alonzo King's LINES Ballet, and with Andre 3000 and Beyonce at Radio City Music Hall. Her honors include the Columbia University Award of Excellence, Smithsonian Magazine's Young Innovator award and St. Louis Magazine's 2009 A-List. In 2008, she delivered the keynote address to the graduates of Columbia University's School of General Studies. Graf graduated magna cum laude with honors in History from Columbia University, and holds a master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
