Haitian Art Silent Auction to Benefit the Build Haiti Foundation

The Columbia Association Teen Advisory Committee, in association with Marcel Wah, Cultural Leader of Kylti(Culture), will host a silent auction of original Haitian Art and Sculpture to benefit the Build Haiti Foundation. The event will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012, from 1pm to 4pm, at the Columbia Art Center, 6100 Foreland Garth, Columbia, Maryland 21045.

The funds raised at this event will go to the Build Haiti Foundation (BHF) to help continue the work of rebuilding in Haiti.  BHF is a 501(c)3 organization based in Columbia, MD, working to impact Haitians in Haiti and the DC Region. BHF adopts a model of decentralization to do its work in Haiti. You can learn more about BHF by visiting www.thebuildhaitifoundation.org.
