A Holiday Celebration of Stories & Songs with the Centennial Madrigals

Join the One World Coffeehouse in a festive holiday show with a Renaissance twist this Saturday. There will be traditional holiday carols and Renaissance madrigals sung by the Centennial Madrigals, a top-rated performance group of 30 sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Centennial High School in Ellicott City.

Interspersed with the music will be heartwarming classic holiday tales read by professional raconteur, Lance Lewman. This Emmy award-winning voiceover artist’s clients include National Geographic, Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel, PBS, and The Kennedy Center.

In the tradition of the Renaissance period, warm wassail and gingerbread will be served. Come enjoy a holiday treat while helping to raise funds for a good cause.  Proceeds benefit people in crisis and families in need through the ministerial outreach of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbia. Tickets $12; $6 for youth 12 and under; $30 max for families.
