Public Works Project to Cause Lane Shifts in North Laurel

Howard County government said the project will go on for next several weeks.

Drivers may experience lane alterations until late July as workers correct standing water and drainage issues in part of North Laurel, Howard County officials said Thursday.

The work will take place on Tower Drive near Old Scaggsville Road, according to a statement from the county.

Construction workers will install storm drain inlets and a berm next to an existing channel there to correct the drainage situation, the statement said.
