  • Where:  Ten Oaks Ballroom, 5000 Signal Bell Ln, Clarksville
  • When:  Friday, March 22, 7:30 p.m.
  • Description:  Adult-only event will feature silent and live auctions, casino games and raffles.  The fundraiser benefits all athletics at Atholton.
  • Cost:  $50

Training 5K & Benefit The Red Devils Breast Cancer Cause

  • Where:   10901 Little Patuxent Pkwy, Columbia
  • When:  Saturday, March 23, 9 a.m.
  • Description:  12 weeks with like-minded folks, directed by experienced and motivational running coaches. “Training with The Devils” starts Saturday, March 23 - June 1 at locations in Bel Air, Columbia, Pikesville and Timonium and Sundays starting March 24 - June 2 in Towson and Phoenix.  
  • Cost:  $10

Kids Nearly New Spring & Summer Sale I

  • Where:  2210 Fairgrounds Rd, West Friendship
  • When:  Friday, March 22, Saturday, March 23, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Description:  140 booths filled with families selling their
    kids stuff.  From NB-teen sizes. Clothing, shoes, bathing
    suits, Holiday outfits, toys, games, books, decorations,
    furniture/equipment..etc.

Baltimore Humane Society Black Tie & Tails Gala

  • Where:  304 International Cir, Cockeysville
  • When:  Saturday, March 23, 7 p.m.
  • Description:  All funds from Black Tie and Tails support the care of animals at our no-kill shelter.

Beyond Fossil Fuels: Energy Solutions for You and Your Community

  • Where:  Health Science Building Lecture Hall - Room 150, Howard Community College, 10901 Little Patuxent Pky, Columbia
  • When:  Saturday, March 23, 9 a.m.
  • Description:   Participants are invited to an event which teaches about energy efficiency and clean energy sources including geothermal, wind and more.
  • Cost: Free

Celebrate Maryland Day at Benjamin Banneker Historical Park & Museum

  • Where:  Benjamin Banneker Historical Park and Museum, 300 Oella Ave, Catonsville
  • When:  Saturday, March 23, 10 a.m.
  • Description:  Marylanders are invited to Celebrate Maryland Day at the birthplace of Benjmain Banneker.  Family-friendly activities available all day long.
  • Cost:  Free

Spring Egg Hunt

  • Where:   2400 Route 97,  Cooksville
  • When:  Saturday, March 23, 2 p.m.
  • Description:  Kids are invited to bring their baskets and collect eggs. Games, prizes and crafts also available. Preregistration required, space is limited.
