Lahmacun, lahmajun, or lahmejun (turkish: Lahmacun), (Armenian: lahmaǰun or lahmaǰo), from Arabic: لحم بعجين‎, "meat with dough", is a round, thin piece of dough topped with minced meat (most commonly Beef and Lamb) and minced vegetables and herbs including onions, tomatoes and parsley, then baked. At Pars Market our Lahmejun (we usually carry Kupelians or Yoruk brand) contains no preservitives,  Lahmajun pieces topped with Halal Beef & Lamb , each bag come with 10 indivudal pieces total of 32oz. Enhance your Lahmajun experience by serving each piece with any of these toppings by sprinkiling lemon juice, and adding vegetables. Which may include pickles, tomatoes, peppers, onions, lettuce, and parsley, or cilantro. Non typical variants may include kebab meat or additional sauces.
