Andrew Morgan, Director of Marketing for Vantage House of Columbia is a featured speaker at “The Art of Caring,” the joint 2013 Conference of Health Facilities Association of Maryland (HFAM) and LifeSpan Network on Sept. 26, in Ocean City, MD.
Morgan’s topic is “Selling the Wellness Model: The Secret Behind Increasing Occupancy in a Highly Competitive Market.” He will focus on discussing value to prospective residents of retirement communities in areas other than care, services and buildings.
