SALES MANAGER NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
OneSource Staffing Solutions has a Client Company with a location in BALTIMORE providing business services to businesses, hospitals, government, etc. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing located in its PA HQ.The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales performance of his/her assigned territory as well as the hiring, management, and development of direct reporting sales representatives. In addition, the Sales Manager will maintain alignment with business operations (e.g. Customer Service, Delivery/Distribution, Production Operations) so that customer needs will be effectively met after the sale. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
This is a professional Sales Manager role with a base salary and a performance based commission plan. We are seeking candidates who have earned at least $100k in total compensation (annual) in the past 3 years. A minimum of 8 - 10 years of proven new business development experience 3 - 5 years of sales management experience in a territory-based role focused on contractual sales Ideal candidates should reside within a commutable distance from our Baltimore office. The proven ability to develop a new market or region Strong work ethic Experience utilizing the Sandler Sales System is a plus Must have a safe driving record Advanced education preferred
