In 2013 the Oakland Mills High School Athletic Stadium was upgraded with a new Astroturf field, a full service concession stand, restrooms, a new press box, a refurbished track, and a new sound system.
The facility, which is used year round by the Howard County Public School System, the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks, and numerous independent athletic clubs, is visited by tens of thousands of players, coaches, parents, fans, and residents from all over Columbia and Howard County on an annual basis.
To help local business reach these tens of thousands of visitors that live, work, and shop in Columbia and all of Howard County, the OMHS Booster Club has developed the OMHS Banner Advertising Program.
