On Saturday, the Fall Healthcare Enrollment Festival will take place from 11a-4p at Howard Community College. The AACR and co-sponsors of the event are hoping to educate and enroll as many residents as possible at the Festival. Congressman Elijah E. Cummings and Howard County Councilman Dr. Calvin Ball will also be in attendance Saturday.
