The new Nava Health & Vitality Center, which recently opened at 8880 McGaw Road  in Columbia, is an Eastern-meets-Western “total wellness center." On Friday, Nava hosted an event for local health and fitness influencers to listen to a panel of industry experts answer questions of integrated health and wellness.
