1. WEATHER >> The heat comeback continues. Expect Wednesday to be hot with a high near 87. There's a chance of isolated thunderstorms after 3 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

3. ICYMI >> Howard County police plan to deploy two new mobile speed cameras as part of a focused effort to maintain safety as students return to school next week. 

4. DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THAT >> A woman gave birth to her third child on Route 100 on Tuesday morning. The father of the child helped deliver the baby, with help from a Howard County Police dispatcher.
