DESCRIPTION:After eight weeks of swim meets\, and after hundreds and thou
 sands of yards and countless strokes through the water\, Columbia&rsquo\
 ;s neighborhood swimmers will come together over the span of two days fo
 r the finale &mdash\; a championship meet.\nThe All City Championship Me
 et will be held on Friday\, July 27\, and Saturday\, July 28\, at the Ph
 elps Luck Pool in Long Reach\, located at 5355 Phelps Luck Drive.\nThe C
 olumbia Neighborhood Swim League\, which includes 14 teams\, is a recrea
 tional summer league for youth in Columbia and the surrounding Howard Co
 unty area. Swimmers range in age from three to 18 and range in ability f
 rom novice swimmers to those who participate on the national stage.\nNo 
 matter their age or ability\, swimmers are able to participate in five d
 ual meets and the season championship meet.\nThe All City Championship M
 eet will be broken up into three sessions: swimmers age eight and younge
 r will compete beginning at 5:30 p.m. on July 27 (warm-ups begin at 4:30
  p.m.)\; swimmers between the ages of 13 and 18 will compete beginning a
 t 9 a.m. on July 28 (warm-ups begin at 8 a.m.)\; and swimmers between th
 e ages of 9 and 12 will compete beginning at 1 p.m. on July 28 (warm-ups
  begin at noon).\nThe meet is for all CNSL swimmers that meet the&nbsp\;
 eligibility rules listed here. For each event\, swimmers are divided int
 o two or three divisions (A\, B\, C) based on their best time for the st
 roke\, and first through 10th place receive awards in each division\, no
 t overall. An awards podium is available for picture opportunities.\nAll
  CNSL swimmers are encouraged to attend. Last year\, nearly 1\,200 parti
