Papa John's Robbed: Columbia Crime Roundup
The following arrest information was supplied by the Howard County police department. It does not indicate a conviction. Crimes reported between July 28 to August 1, 2012
Commercial Robbery
An armed suspect reportedly entered Papa John's Pizza at 9300 Snowden River Parkway, brandished a gun and demanded money from an employee around 12:15 a.m on July 29. The suspect stole the money and fled. Police described the suspect as a black male, between 5 foot 8 inches and 5 foot 10 inches, 150 to 175 pounds, possibly in his mid-20s with a medium to light complexion. During the robbery, police said he was wearing a black mask, black and gray North Face Jacket with hood and a gray drawstring backpack.
Residential Breaking and Entering
A stethoscope and electronics were reportedly stolen from a home near the 15000 block of Oak Ridge Court after an unknown suspect or suspects gained entry through unlocked rear French doors sometime between 7 p.m. on July 28 and 7:45 a.m. on July 29.
Attempted Vehicle Theft
An attempted theft of a blue 2000 Honda Accord was reported near the 10800 block of Beech Creek Drive at 1:50 p.m. on July 29.
