Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Columbia

Police make arrest after receiving citizen complaint.

A man exposed himself in the parking lot of a Columbia Chick-fil-A the day after Christmas, according to police.

The indecent exposure at the Executive Park Drive Chick-fil-A was reported at 8:23 p.m. on Dec. 26.

"A citizen complained that this person was flashing people in the parking lot," said Elizabeth Schroen, spokeswoman for Howard County Police Department, in a phone interview. "People who saw it occur called police and provided a description of the vehicle."

The alleged flasher drove away and was stopped by police at 8:51 p.m. on MD Route 100 at US 29.

Police charged a Windsor Mill man with indecent exposure, DUI and DWI on Dec. 27; he has court dates set for March 2012.
