The day before Valentine's Day was the perfect time for bloggers to come together to talk and hang out---at The Corner Stable, Columbia's newest restaurant in the King's Contrivance Village Center.

The Monday event was organized by HocoBlogs, the site cofounded by Jessie Newburn (also the Director of Communications and Community Engagement at the Columbia Association) that curates and promotes various bloggers in Howard County. The event was cohosted by Brian Dunn of Columbia 2.0.

Thanks, Lisa, for coming out and the write-up and photos. I appreciate your shout-out and I do want to remind folks that I have a "co" with Hocoblogs: it's Robin Abello, president of PercWorks. He's quiet and stays more behind the scenes, but hocoblogs wouldn't be possible without his work, dedication and vision.

Thanks, Jessie-- Yes, I'd love to meet Robin sometime. HocoBlogs has been such a wonderful vehicle for our "ecosystem" of ideas in Howard County.
