The Second Chance Saloon in Columbia is holding The Holiday Market on Saturday, Dec. 15, from 4-8 p.m.  Local businesses and artisans will be featuring cakes, candles, centerpieces, handmade jewelry and accessories, as well as a variety of services in a silent auction. Proceeds will benefit Grassroots.  There will be drink specials.  A live band will perform starting at 9 p.m.; there is no cover charge to attend.
