Although the TriColumbia IronGirl Triathlon in August 2012 is SOLD OUT to the general public -- Team CONQUER still has a few spots open for both Relay AND FUll-Triathlons slots.
We invite Beginners to seasoned athletes:

All ability levels -- to join in the fun!

Team CONQUER is the newest way to hit your fitness goals while doing something good for the community!
Join men, women & teens on our team, along with our talented trainers, as we reach for our health & fitness goals, while helping to raise awareness & money to support the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center at Howard County General Hospital.
You can Train on your own or with the Team, the choice is yours.
Team Conquer will be participating in a variety of events in 2012. some of them include: 
The Red Devils 5K Walk, the Blossoms of Hope: Hills of Milltown 5K, the TriColumbia IronGirl Half-Marathon, the Celebration Heroes Triathlon, the Baltimore Women’s Classic, amd the the TriColumbia IronGirl Triathlon & more.
