After nearly a year of planning and construction, Chase Brexton Health Services will be hosting a community Open House at its newly expanded Columbia Center, 5500 Knoll North Drive, Suite 370, Columbia, MD 21045, on November 13, 2012 from 4-6 pm. A brief program will be held at 5 pm. (This event was originally scheduled for October 30, 2012 has been rescheduled due to Hurricane Sandy.)

A Federally Qualified Health Center, Chase Brexton’s Columbia Center is a full-service health care practice that provides comprehensive family medical care, dentistry, behavioral health, case management, and a full-service pharmacy with medication support services. Insured or uninsured, new to the county or new to the country, straight or LGBT, Chase Brexton’s Columbia Center welcomes all.

During the Open House, tour the facilities, discover what makes the organization unique, and meet staff, the organization’s board members, and the Center’s Lead Physician, Dr. Kari Bichell, and new Director of Clinical Operations, Katie Meara, RN.
