After nearly a year of planning and construction, Chase Brexton Health Services recently celebrated with a community Open House at its newly expanded Columbia Center.

A Federally Qualified Health Center, Chase Brexton’s Columbia Center is a full-service health care practice that provides comprehensive family medical care, dentistry, behavioral health, case management, and a full-service pharmacy with medication support services. Chase Brexton serves both insured and uninsured residents.  It opened its Columbia Center in 2006.
